  • Liability- Although every care has been taken in the preparation of the website it is not technically possible to run the website free of all faults. We give no warranties of content put on the website as it is given to us by a third party who bear the responsibility for its accuracy and consequently we accept no liability for adverts on the website being or becoming out off date, containing error or omission or otherwise be factually inaccurate or misleading in any way.

    We shall not be liable in contract, in tort or otherwise for any loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings nor for any indirect, consequential or economic loss what so over arising in connection with these conditions or use of website.

  • Permitted- You agree that you will not use the site to create a database (electronic or otherwise) that includes material down loads or otherwise obtained from the site. You allow PCS a non exclusive, royalty free licence to republish any material you submit.

  • Severability – If any of the terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from the terms and conditions. The remaining terms and conditions shall stay and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforced

  • Variations – These terms may be varied from time to time so please make sure you review these terms and conditions regularly, as you will be deemed to accept the variation if you continue to use the site after variation has been posted.

  • Removal – PCS have the right to refuse access to any of the pages on the site at any time and for any reason, without giving any advance notice PSC shall not be made liable for any losses or damages arising from your inability to access any of the pages on the site.
